The company was founded and is managed by risk management experts, each with more than fifteen years' experience in the banking software and risk management sectors.    We quickly developed a strong reputation through our work with clients and business partners in solving some of their most complex risk modeling and regulatory problems, including the accelerated delivery of mission critical software platforms.  Our expertise was called upon more and more to provide strategic risk consulting and to work within our clients' integrated teams, including filling key risk management and systems’ management roles.

As our reputation developed, so too did the scope of our activities and our repeat business with satisfied customers. Our delivery coverage expanded to include project management, business process re-engineering and advisory work for financial institutions operating throughout Europe, North Africa and the Middle-East.

With risk management gaining greater importance and with the need to achieve more closely integrated risk management processes and systems, we decided to develop our credit risk management platform, Axe Credit Portal (ACP).  

In 2009-10, with the help of ACP we have expanded our presence into new markets in Africa, The Middle East and Europe, winning a number of significant new software solution clients and consulting mandates.  Building therefore on the strength of our reputation in delivering world-class solutions to leading banking and lending institutions, Axe Finance has continued to grow even during the challenging markets of recent years.
