13- Controller and Representative
The controller for your personal information is Axe Finance. This Policy applies to each Axe Finance entity when acting as a controller for the personal information subject to this Privacy Policy. EEA, UK and Brazil
Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, individuals in the European Union/European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Brazil (as well as in other jurisdictions where similar rights apply) have the following rights regards our processing of their personal information:

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information about a California resident will vary depending upon the circumstances and nature of our interactions or relationship with such resident.
